When does the monthly fee start?

You pay the setup fee to begin. The monthly fee starts only after we meet the guarantee for your model. If you choose the per-meeting option, only meetings that actually take place count; a no-show costs nothing.

What happens if the guarantee is missed?

We refund your setup fee in full if we miss the agreed target: 8 interested leads in 60 days for Managed outreach, or 5 relevant meetings held in 90 days for Done for you. We agree the target criteria in writing before launch.

What counts as an interested lead or a relevant meeting?

An interested lead replies positively and explicitly shows interest or willingness to talk and learn more. A relevant meeting must be booked, attended and match the ideal customer profile agreed in writing. A booking alone does not count.

Does the 12-month price lock mean a 12-month contract?

No. There is no minimum contract term. The introductory monthly price stays the same for 12 months. Domains, mailboxes and sending tools are included; an additional campaign is charged at the rate shown for your model.
